Helvete - Espedalen

One of the largest canyons in Northern Europe, this place is an extraordinary unique experience! Exploring this area is one of the most exciting wild adventures in Norway. There is a gorge where large craters formed at the end of the Ice Age. You can also see how the iron base was carved and shaped by the forces of nature, which is a natural wonder. There is a big hole with a depth of 40 meters and a diameter of 25 meters. And some of the crater formations date back to the end of the last ice age, approx. 10,000 years ago.
