Located in Al Ain in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Al Hili Fort was built in the early 20th century and protects the Al Hili Oasis, along with the nearby Al Hili Towers and Burj Al Hili. The fort has a square ground plan centered around a circular watchtower. Its walls are made of bricks and mud. Palm trunks are used for ceilings and gypsum for decoration.
