Housh Eissa

Hosh Issa is one of the Egyptian cities located in the Egyptian governorate of Buhaira. It is a historical city. It was mentioned in history that it resisted the invasion of the Mamluks. It was called Hosh Issa in relation to Sheriff Hosh Ibn Issa, whose lineage goes back to the Prophet Muhammad. The city is distinguished by its fertile soil suitable for agriculture, as the Nile River passes through it to feed most of its urban areas.
