Originally built in the 1930s, this charming 3.4-hectare estate on a bend of the Brisbane River, below Story Bridge and the sheer face of riverside cliffs, has now been converted into a lifestyle and entertainment precinct surrounded by heritage buildings. Listed, and more than 80% of the site is designated as public space, where you can cycle or walk across the 500m river's edge, or stop and admire the abundant greenery, dynamic cliff lighting and theatre-like public seating.
