Description of the place
Hwangnyeongsan Mountain is located in the heart of Busan, and it reaches a height of 427 meters. It is the second highest mountain in the Komneon mountain range, and it mostly consists of andesite rocks. It has a relatively flat top, and some parts of the mountain are characterized by exposed base rocks. Because of the age of this geological mountain, Its topography is defined by river valleys, which create less steep surfaces, and many small hills can also be found scattered throughout the area which offer stunning views of the city and the surrounding landscape.
