Description of the place
The Ijo Temple is a Hindu temple located 4 kilometers from Ratu Boko or about 18 kilometers east of the city of Yogyakarta. It was built between the tenth and eleventh centuries during the Mataram Kingdom. It is located on top of a hill with a height of about 410 meters above the surface level. The sea, which provides a charming natural view of the city and the plateaus covered with tea, and today visitors intend to explore this ancient archaeological landmark and take pictures.
