Jardin Botanico de Cordoba
The Royal Botanical Garden of Córdoba is a botanical garden of about 5.5 hectares, and the garden plays an important part in the conservation of plants, as it presents multiple and innovative works in the international agenda for nature conservation in botanical gardens. Where the garden was established in July 1980 at the initiative of a group of professors from the University of Cordoba, where the city council agreed to allocate a plot of land for its construction. The garden was awarded the royal title in 2012 to coincide with the 25th anniversary of its inauguration, which was bestowed on it by King Juan Carlos I.
