Jungsik Seoul

Jeongsik Seoul Restaurant is located near Apgujong Rodeo Street. It is an upscale restaurant for “new Korean” food. It has a modern and simple décor, which makes it a symbol of taste, elegance and creativity among Seoul restaurants. All of its menus, which mostly include Korean food, change every two to three months. Most famous, and one of the signature dishes served by this restaurant is Jeju Crispy Snapper and Sea Urchin Bibimbap, which was selected as one of the 10 best dishes in the New York Times. The term "Neo-Korean" was first used by owner-chef Yim Jung Sik, who pioneered new ways to present a variety of innovative Korean cuisine.
