Kadu Restaurant, which opened in 2007, is considered one of the most famous restaurants in Copenhagen. The ingredients come from Treasure Island, not literally! Rather, it was called that because of the diversity of plants and herbs in it, which is Bornholm Island located in the middle of the Baltic Sea.
