Description of the place
The Karwendel mountain range is 2,244 meters above sea level, and from its summit you can enjoy a view down the Isar valley to Mittenwald, with its Alpine foothills and small mountain lakes. This chain is considered one of the most important mountain peaks dedicated to observing the sky, astronomy, and stars. There are huge telescopes on it, through which you will be able to observe the sky.
