The village of Kaysersberg is a small town located between Riquewihr and Colmar in the Alsace region. It is generally considered one of Alsace's most impressive cities, particularly with its medieval town centre. The city is located in a very picturesque place, in a valley surrounded by vineyards and forested hills that rise above the city. As soon as you enter Kaysersberg you find the beautiful main square surrounded by lots of painted half-timbered buildings and a very nice high street. When you walk down the main street and get to the river, the city becomes really beautiful. Along the river edges are many brightly painted half-timbered houses, and the Weiss River is crossed by a beautiful 16th-century fortified stone bridge. You'll see plenty of historical sights as you explore Kaysersberg.
