Kloosterkazerne

The Kloster Kazerne building is a national monument located in the city center of Breda. It was originally a nunnery and a chapel, then the building was used as a barracks since 1846. The municipality put the building up for sale in 1998, and Holland Casino bought it and restored it until it opened in 2003. The building still retains its ancient archaeological character, as tourists can wander around and see the remaining ruins.
