Since 1945, fried pizza was born in Naples, to be offered to customers on the public market. Dishes are served in this restaurant from traditional family recipes through the hands of three generations of chefs, among the most distinguished types of pizza that are offered, Neapolitan (a mixture of peppers, lard, grapes and Romano cheese), in addition to a number of other dishes such as potato croquettes, fried eggs and rice croquettes handmade. In the summer, the "tangy flavour" fried pizza is served with tomatoes, basil and ricotta.
