Description of the place
Trboje is an artificial lake located west of the village of Trboje, northwestern Slovenia. It was created in 1986 as a reservoir for the Maviciće Hydroelectric Station. It covers an area of one kilometer and reaches a depth of 17 meters. It is surrounded by steep banks, with cliffs cliffs in the northern part. It is famous for its animals that Home to many fish and about 140 species of birds, it is a popular place for fishing and boating.
