Lapidary Museum

The Lapidari Museum, or Gallery of Antiquities in the Musée Calve, displays Greek, Roman, Gallo-Roman, and Paleochristian collections, as well as a stunning assemblage of ancient Corinthian and Italian vases and many everyday objects such as funerary furniture, vases, glassware, and jewellery. The entire collection is a historical and artistic treasure that was created in 1810 through an inheritance from Calvet, as well as collectibles and gifts from the state and some old European collections.
