Legnebahn is the main shopping street in Rotterdam, and it was opened in 1953 so that it is the main pedestrian street in the new shopping area, after the old one was destroyed as a result of the bombing of German forces during the war, and this street was the first pedestrian street in Europe; In the sense that it was established to become a car-free shopping street, and flowers and benches were added in addition to some statues and sculptures inside the street, and it became the most famous entertainment destination in the city, whether for residents or tourists, and today the street includes a series of various international stores.
