Lord Shiva Hindu Temple

The Hindu Lord Shiva Temple, also known as Moteshwar Mandir, is a complex of temples located near Qasr Al Alam in the Muttrah district of Old Muscat. It is one of the oldest Hindu temples in the Middle East region. This temple celebrates many Hindu festivals such as Vasant Panchami, Ramnavami and Hanuman Jayanti. Shravan and Ganesh Chaturthi, more than 20,000 Hindus visit the temple during Maha Shivaratri.
