Manchester Central Library is a stunningly beautiful library designed by E. Vincent Harris, a seasoned English architect, designed many important public buildings. The building was built between 1930 and 1934. It is distinguished by its wonderful shape, as it is dotted with Roman-style columns, and there is a wonderful round dome, and many decorations and impressive drawings.
