Marth Mariam Cathedral Church

The Chaldean Syriac Church or the Cathedral of Marth Maryam is one of the most beautiful churches of the eastern denomination in the state of Kerala, as it was built of luxurious Indian marble, and is decorated from the inside with many historical chandeliers, majestic murals of Christ and the Virgin Mary, and a wonderfully beautiful golden altar. The church dates back to the year 1500, and its outer building has been modified many times over the ages.
