Customers of the McDonald's restaurant in Qasr al-Nil in Cairo choose between sitting on the indoor wooden seats of the restaurant, to eat their orders from American fast food, or to obtain orders as take-out meals to eat outside, and among the items offered by the international menu, Big Mac burger sandwiches, Or Big Tasty, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Double Cheeseburger, Smoky BBQ and more. As for dessert, there is the delicious McFlurry, with different foods from Oreo or Kit Kat, and many others.
