The Géza Gárdonyi Memorial Museum is located in the house of the famous Hungarian writer Géza Gárdonyi, the place where he wrote his famous novel "The Stars of Eger" in addition to many other novels. Géza Gárdonyi lived in this house from 1897 to 1922. Everything has been preserved as it is to this day, and the museum displays his personal belongings, tools, works, and books, and provides a charming view of Eger Castle, and includes a wonderful outdoor garden.
