Mincio
Meniccio is a river in the Lombardy region in northeastern Italy. It is the main outlet for Lake Garda. It starts from the southeastern end of the lake in the town of Peschiria del Garda and then flows from there for about 65 kilometers. The river’s course was expanded in the late twelfth century. To form a chain of three lakes surrounding the outskirts of the ancient city, which dates back to about 2000 BC, and today it is an important and picturesque tourist attraction surrounded by archaeological monuments from all sides.
