Mineralogical Museum
The Mineralogy Museum, located in a huge building of the nineteenth century AD, was opened in 1983. It consists of two sections and displays a collection of 450 various specimens, most of which were donated by members of the Arrones Historical Mineral Archaeological Group (GASMA), and the first section (educational section) included Three-dimensional crystalline minerals and an explanation of how they are formed due to volcanic, sedimentary and metamorphic geological phenomena. The second section embraces minerals of wide aesthetic value and fossils.
