Monument to Kurchatov

One of the monuments worth visiting, and this monument honors the prominent Soviet physicist "and father" of the Soviet atomic bomb, Igor Kurchatov, and in the days of the Great Patriotic War, Kurchatov managed during the period between 1942-1943 to prepare a method to protect ships from marine mines, and he became a member of the Academy Soviet science. This monument is visited by a large number of locals and tourists due to its impressive design and towering height, which made it one of the most famous landmarks in the city.
