Museo Archeologico Nazionale Chiusi
The museum was founded in 1871, and was moved to the current neoclassical building in 1901, where many rare and precious finds are displayed that tell the full story of the Etruscan civilization that settled the lands of the village of Chiosi for a long time. It is a very spacious museum that extends over two floors and includes many permanent and temporary exhibitions. Among the permanent exhibits, visitors will find printed decorations, statues and inscriptions made of sulfur stones, as well as coffins and jars made of clay and alabaster, and others.
