Museo Vivo de Al Andalus
This museum is located in an old Islamic castle, as it seeks to retrieve moments and scenes of the splendor of this Andalusian city, as the museum is located in the Torre de la Calahorra castle, in front of the mosque at the end of the Roman bridge. It also aims to evoke the splendor of Córdoba between the ninth and thirteenth centuries, a period of cultural, artistic and scientific flourishing. Facilities include a state-of-the-art system of speakers, and infrared beams that guide the visitor through eight subject rooms. The museum also offers you the possibility to watch a 55-minute documentary showing the evolution of humanity.
