Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya MNAC

The National Museum of Art of Catalonia is located on Montjuïc Hill, and contains an impressive collection of artwork from Catalan paintings and designs dating back to the nineteenth and twentieth centuries AD; It was announced in 1990 AD and officially opened in 2004 AD. It contains a wide and huge collection of art divided into different sections. The museum also includes the works of major exponents of the Catalan Art Nouveau movement and Catalan modernism, such as Gaudi and Casas. With the works of great painters, such as El Greco, Zurbaran, Velazquez, Cranach and Rubens.
