Museum Alija Izetbegovic

This Alija Izetbegovic Museum was opened on October 19, 2007. It is located in one of the towers of the old castle of the city, and was established as a tribute to the works of the Bosnian historical figure “Alija Izetbegović”. Who devoted his life to the struggle for the good of the country. Inside this museum, you can find a valuable collection of the belongings of former President Ali Izetbegovic, including a gift presented to him by the late Palestinian President Yasser Arafat and dusted by many exhibits distinguished by their history and stories.
