Museum and Gardens Van Buuren
Bought in 1928 by banker David van Buuren, this house features outdoor architecture typical of the Amsterdam School, while the interior is decorated in a unique Art Deco style by Belgian, French and Dutch designers. Van Buren made his villa an art museum, where rare furnishings, carpets, carved stained glass windows, and statues remain. And the most beautiful of all this is that the house includes an exceptional garden of stunning beauty, and it was recently renovated to become one of the most beautiful green areas in Brussels. This house became a museum in 1975.
