Museum of Zinc Metallurgy

The Zinc and Metal Museum is located in the heart of Katowice's industrial district, and is the only one of its kind in the city. This museum provides enough space to display all of its belongings, in addition to that it includes a mill dedicated to zinc. When you visit it, you will learn about the history of the development of metal and zinc processing in Poland, and you will find furnaces for melting, roughing and finishing tools, steam engines, and other tools that display the technological sequence of manufacturing.
