The Musama Museum is the most important museum dedicated to sculpture in Italy, opened in 2004 AD. This museum is located in a palace built from the seventeenth century in the form of cave houses, and includes stone and glass carvings, pottery and other unique artifacts that are displayed on the first floor in chronological order. Ancient caves and contemporary sculptures work together to create an unparalleled artistic viewing experience, and the museum organizes a number of exhibitions in the large and separate cave rooms.
