My Kitchen Pskovsky is a modern restaurant that was established only five years ago, but these few years seem like two eras of time, as during these few years the restaurant was headed alternately by two world-famous chefs, each of whom put his own experience and vision of culinary art in the dishes he serves. At the present time, the restaurant offers a modern concept of dishes in which the dishes are prepared from local ingredients, with some changes to be modern and bold.
