Description of the place
The Namsan Cable Car is an aerial tram that runs from the base of Namsan Mountain near downtown Seoul to the N Seoul Tower. When it was built in 1962, it was the first of its kind in South Korea. Today it is used by more than 50,000 people per month. The total length of the line is The cable car from platform to platform is 605 meters, and each cable car can accommodate 48 people. The ride lasts for three minutes, and the glass cable car locomotives provide passengers with sweeping and scenic views of downtown Seoul and the surrounding mountains.
