The Neptune Fountain is located in front of the Batumi Drama Theater, and it has a beautiful design in the center of which is the gilded statue of Neptune, and there are four mermaids on the edges of the statue base, which is a copy of the Neptune Fountain located in Piazza del Nettuno in Bologna, Italy.
