Description of the place
The Nile Fountain was established in 1956 during the reign of the late Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser, and it is the oldest fountain of its kind in the Middle East. Visitors come to see this fountain from all over the world, as it appeared in many ancient Egyptian films, such as the movie Bride of the Nile, which was produced in the year 1963.
