Nimrod Rosh Pina
Rosh Pina is a Zionist settlement located southeast of Safed. It was one of the first Jewish settlements in historical Palestine, and after this colony failed to survive for the first time, it was re-established in 1882. Although the number of its population was less than 400 at the beginning of 1948, it reached 1,480 in 1953. Most of them were immigrants. Thus, the colony expanded beyond the area purchased by its original founders, to occupy the lands that belonged to Al-Ja'una. In this overlook, visitors will see some traces of the first Jewish colonizers, and they will see the picturesque nature of the region and enjoy panoramic views of the Upper Galilee.
