Odderoya Island

Oderoja Island is located to the south of the city of Kristiansand and was owned by the Norwegian government as it was used as a military naval base and training area, and later the island returned to the municipality of Kristiansand and has been known as a recreational area since then; You can enjoy visiting the small beaches and swimming in parts of them, and there are paths designated for hiking and walking, and it is worth noting that some ruins still exist such as the old walls, gunpowder stocks and an old hospital.
