Okcheon Ijidang

Okcheon Ligdang is a wonderful historical minaret dating back to the year 1544 AD. It was built as a school, and its deputy succeeded in making it one of the most important Korean schools of its time, as this school produced the most important and successful historical Korean scholars. Today, visitors come to explore the building and its traditional architecture, as well as to learn about the long history of the place. Next to the building, there are vast green spaces where visitors can enjoy the outdoors with their families and friends.
