Description of the place
Oxoy Lighthouse is a coastal lighthouse on Oxoy Island that was built for the first time in 1832 AD and then rebuilt again in 1900 AD. It is located on the western side of the city opposite the Groningen Lighthouse, which is located in the eastern part where cargo ships pass, and the height of the tower is about 36 meters. The lighthouse is located at an altitude of 47 meters and emits a white flash every 45 seconds. It is open throughout the year.
