OLD STAVANGER
OLD STAVANGER
distinctive historical site in the Norwegian city of Stavanger. The site consists of a large number of white wooden huts that were built between the end of the eighteenth century and the beginning of the nineteenth century. These buildings are located a few minutes' walk from the heart of the city, and are white buildings interspersed with cobbled country streets. The buildings are currently used as stores and shops where local and traditional goods are sold, and there are some buildings that are still owned by the municipality and used as meeting rooms. This old town is considered one of the most beautiful in Norway and a place visited by tens of thousands of visitors every year.
