Palace of Culture

AutoThe Cultural Palace was built in the city of Tirana between 1959 and 1963, above the Old Bazaar in the city center, near the National Museum and Skanderbeg Square. The palace building contains a number of important elements from the Congress Palace in Rome and the Finland Station building in St. Petersburg. The pulse of social and cultural life in the city, and includes within it the National Theater of Opera and Ballet and the National Library.
