This monument is located in front of the Museum of the History of Stone Cutting and Jewelry. The construction of the monument was paid for by the residents of Yekaterinburg. The monument consists of a columnar base with plaques on three sides, and there is a white ball on the base, and a double eagle's head surmounts it, and in the eagle's talons are the orb and scepter. This monument hates the 37th Battalion, which fought the Battle of Borodino in 1812 AD, and fought Napoleon's forces the following year in Leipzig. The monument was initially installed in St Catherine's Cathedral, which was across the road, but was moved in 1930, when the cathedral was destroyed.
