Periyar Science and Technology Centre

In this museum, a large collection of the sayings of the social activist Periyar, which is related to the importance of the scientific approach for everyone, is displayed. It also displays many pictures, paintings and statues related to his life or the life of one of the scientists, leaders and other prominent personalities who had an influence in the various fields of science. The museum provides many exhibits related to anthropology and biology, such as models of some extinct animals, some stuffed animals and fossils, in addition to a section dedicated to the technological development that took place on vehicles, for example, it includes many models of tanks, cannons, warplanes and the transformations that they obtained.
