Prophet Hood's Tomb

Salalah is home to many cemeteries and shrines that have great importance in the Islamic religion, among them the tomb of the Prophet Hood, peace be upon him, which houses the tomb of the Prophet Hood, a revered Islamic figure who was sent to the ancient city of Aad and mentioned seven times in the Holy Qur’an. The length of the shrine is 3 meters Its height is 1.5 meters. The shrine is located in the mountains of Dhofar, between hills and valleys, and three water springs known as Hariya, Afifa and Itham. These three springs flow through a valley adjacent to the tomb.
