Description of the place
Built in two phases (1887-1892 and 1914-1921), the majestic Provincial Court House is neo-Gothic in design and was once the meeting place for the provincial government of West Flanders. Like Hendrik and Gustaaf Pickery, they executed interior decoration, stained-glass windows, and ironwork.
