Raşot Valley Trout Farm

The trout farm, which was established in the Turkish city of Risa, is the first unique garden of its kind in the field of breeding fish of all kinds, such as trout and bream, with a special focus on trout, with the aim of balancing the abundance of its demand and its availability. Because of the quality of the fish here, it was decided to establish a special restaurant on the farm that serves the most delicious seafood with authentic Turkish cooking methods, and each dish is served with a variety of rich salads and appetizers.
