Rene Magritte House Museum
The René Magritte Museum is the site where the Belgian surrealist painter worked for nearly 24 years of his life. On the ground floor the museum presents the apartment in which the painter lived and worked from 1930 to 1954. The other two floors have a biographical exhibition that displays the period in which the painter Rene Magritte was executing. His Works in Esseghem Street, the museum open to the public since 1999, remains most surprising to anyone wanting to get close to the painter or interested in Belgian surrealist art.
