Roman Mosaics

Roman mosaics dating back to the second and early third centuries AD are located in the southeastern part of Risan near the city of Perast. 31 AD, and it is located in a Roman villa consisting of a central courtyard and a hall with a row of rooms surrounding it, which is a floor mosaic that shows multiple and different artistic and geometric patterns, one of which is a plant pattern and a rare representation of the reclining god of sleep, and it is one of the most important archaeological sites in Montenegro, As such, it is classified as a protected cultural monument.
