Rousseau Island
small park and island in the middle of the Rhone River, in the center of Geneva, connected to the rest of the city by the Pont des Berges. Rousseau Island is named after the famous philosopher and writer Jean-Jacques Rousseau, who spent part of his life in Geneva. You can see his statue on the island when you visit it. It is a wonderful park where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of the river.
