Saint John's Anglican Church

The first Anglican church in Izmir was built around 1625 by British orientalists in Smyrna, as this city is mentioned in the Bible, and contains beautiful wood carvings, stained glass windows, and an impressive organ (an ancient musical instrument), surrounding the church Two additional buildings, one of which is a second church building used by British Residents, and the second building is Bishop Collins Memorial Hall, built in 1913.
